Create Tax Benefits for the Investors

  • We normally perform a cost segregation study to accelerate the depreciation to maximize initial tax benefits

  • We incorporate bonus depreciation wherever possible

  • We utilize the 1031 tax deferred exchange wherever prudent

Return Maximum Invested Capital

  • By improving the net operating income through our efforts, and thereby increasing the value of the asset, we refinance the property to return most or all of the investor’s capital

Careful Asset Management/Cash Flow

  • Our asset management team fine-tunes the operations to run at maximum efficiency. Our investors receive regular performance updates, and monthly distributions of the cash flow
