Meet Our Team

Scott Holmes

CEO

Mr. Holmes is an accomplished acquisitions and asset management leader with more than 25 years of experience and over $6 Billion of closed transactions in all major property types nationwide.

Mr. Holmes brings with him:

  • Strong institutional experience with Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), Marcus & Millichap, VEREIT, Inc. (Cole Capital), AEW Capital Management, American Realty Advisors, and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
  • Experience in every major product type including multifamily-housing, office, retail, industrial, single tenant net lease, and self-storage.
  • Closed transactions in over 40 States.
  • Proven leadership skills building and leading groups from a national acquisition team of seven to over 450 investment specialists.

He also earned an MBA from Pepperdine University – Graziadio School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University, with a minor in Japanese.


John Bigonette

Investor Relations

John R. Bigonette Jr. has 25 years of experience in financial management and investor relations.  For almost two decades he headed up investor relations for two multi-billion dollar hedge funds.  In these roles he was responsible for onboarding new investors, all investor communications and sourcing new capital.  Mr. Bigonette has an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Vermont and a Masters in Business from the University of San Francisco.

Rod Khleif

Investor Relations

Mr. Khleif brings 42 years of real estate ownership and management experience to the team. He has owned over 2000 single-family homes which were rented long-term, as well as thousands of multifamily apartment units. Mr. Khleif hosts the largest commercial real estate podcast in existence titled: Lifetime Cash Flow Through Real Estate Investing, which has been downloaded over 10 million times. Mr. Khleif also hosts the largest multifamily education and networking group on Facebook with over 38,000 members. As an educator, Mr. Khleif has hosted sold out multifamily training boot camps across the country and virtually online with thousands of past participants. He also has hundreds of mentorship coaching students across the US and abroad.

Mr. Khleif is most proud of the 501(c)3 nonprofit foundation he founded and runs called The Tiny Hands Foundation which has benefited over 100,000 at risk children in Florida with holiday meals and backpacks filled with school supplies.  

James May

Regional Acquisition Manager

James worked in U.S. government for over 26 years serving in both the US Marine Corps and the US Department of State’s Foreign Service. James brings his experience with project management; staff development; expenses management; logistics; budgeting and capital improvements to the team. He earned a Master of Science in IT Management from the National Defense University. James started investing in income producing Real Estate in 2005 and is currently invested across 10 different states. He and his family reside in Fort Lauderdale Florida.

Craig Drummond

Acquisition Specialist

Craig has worked in the high-tech industry for over 20 years in various capacities involving business intelligence, analytics, and program management.  Most recently he served as the Business Intelligence Program Manager responsible for managing 23 application developers serving the America’s Sales & Marketing organization.  Craig has been investing in real estate for 5 years both locally in California as well as multifamily assets out of state.

 

Jill Liddell

Acquisition Specialist

Jill Liddell brings 20 years of Commercial real estate ownership and management experience to the team.   As a CPA she combines the analytical and skeptical eye of an auditor and forensic accountant with experience in project management and total refits of commercial properties.  She also is a former real estate appraiser and currently holds an active Florida Real Estate Sales license.  As a former accounting professor at the college level, she has the ability to communicate complex accounting concepts in plain English.  Jill earned her Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University and a master’s in accounting from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. Jill serves on the boards of several environmental non-profits and is passionate about caring for our planet. She and her family reside in Islamorada, Florida.
